The 100-year old RED HOUSE sits at the head of Mackerel Cove and was built when most of the island was wild and undeveloped. Once you’ve spent time here it’s clear why this spot was chosen.

Wherever you are on the property, you feel the ocean just steps away and the sun sets directly in front of you each night. At high tide, the water just about reaches the front porch, and when it goes back out it leaves a magical band of tide pools and seaweed. There is a small private beach which is the perfect place for swimming or launching kayaks. There are two queen bedrooms, and a massive ocean-front steam room which has the same incredible views as the house.
